First when you cook chicken breast you have to let it though in warm water. Then you position grease in the sauce pan. Next you arrange the chicken breast on the pan. After that you postpone for approximately ten minutes then you flip the chicken. As soon as you take them off and take the temp on them. Then you consume the chicken.
